This school was also extremely supportive of students personal activity choices. This created such a great environment to learn because everyones differing perspectives could shed light on many subjects I would have never even considered. There were people of every race, identity, social status and religious affiliation. The diversity at this school baffled me as I had come from a very white very religious state, Utah. I found that the change would be an absolutely wonderful thing for me that reframed my entire view of high school education. Alum: I moved to New Jersey at the start of my Sophomore year of high school and really didn't know what to expect from a completely new environment that was so foreign from anything I had ever experienced. ![]()
